This video above shows how to update the Promotional Offer custom value when you update your Facebook ads to a new campaign.
Click into 'Automations' on the left hand side menu:
Find the 'Funnel opt in - Completed' Workflow:
Click into this workflow, then click the 'Update contact offer field' action and ensure this is linked to your '{{custom_values.promotional_offer}}' which pulls from your custom values:
If it is not, Simply remove what is in the box then click on the tag to the right hand side of the value box > scroll down to 'custom values'
Then Scroll down to select 'Promotional offer' which will input the custom value in the box:
This then means that when somebody opts into your form or your add, their promotional offer custom field will be updated on the contact card to this value.
Ensure to save the action when you are done and Save the entire workflow.
To update what the Custom Value Promotional offer inputs here, Click out of workflows, then navigate to 'Settings' on the left hand side menu, then on the new settings menu scroll down and navigate to 'Custom Values'
Use the search bar to search for 'Promotional Offer':
Click the Three dots to the right of the value and select 'edit custom value'
Then within the value box, change this to your new offer, then click update:
This means when someone opts in now and goes through the funnel opt in workflow they will get their Promotional offer custom field on their contact card updated to reflect what you have placed into the custom value 'Promotional offer'.
